Projects Functionality

Projects is a drag-and-drop Kanban style board created to help project managers keep track of undelivered projects for customers.

Project Editing

You can edit the project by clicking on the pencil icon on any project card. From the editing screen any of the details for the project can be edited, such as the project title, project description, editing/deleting any project attachments, and editing/deleting any project links.

In addition to editing details about the project, there are some other actions that can be taken, such as: setting a due date for the project, adding additional attachments to the project, adding links to the project, and deleting the project all-together.

Pro Tip: If you have a lot of undelivered projects, it is a good idea to add a project cover to the project, so that you can easily see the projects on the Kanban board.

When files are added to the project, they will automatically be stored in the customer's files in the appropriate folder with the project name. You cannot edit the project files from the customer's file screen, you must edit or delete them from the project itself. This will ensure that an employee won't accidentally remove an image or file while someone is working on a project.
