Dashboard Features

A. Welcome Block

The purple block at the top of the dashboard page is more than a cute welcome message. 👋

The welcome block shows you the current logged in user by first name. In addition, this block will also show you the current date based on your browser time zone. Most importantly, this block will be used from time-to-time to show important application information/updates, recommend things for you to complete, and more as future updates are added to the application.

B. Overview Report

  • Active Projects

    • The block will show you the number of active projects at the time of page load. Active projects are considered any project that has not been marked as 'Delivered'.

  • Total Open Invoices

    • This block will show you how many open invoices that you have at the present time and the total value of those open invoices. An open invoice is any invoice that has not been paid in full by the customer. Once an invoice has been paid in full, the invoice will no longer be counted in this number and the dollar amount will be reduced by the total amount of the previously open invoice.

  • Active Customers

    • This block shows you the number of active customers that are in the system for this business account. The number at the bottom of the block will show you how many more/less customers have been added to the business account versus the previous month. An active customer is considered any customer that has not been deleted or archived. Once a customer is deleted or archived, they will be removed from this count.

  • New Customers Graph

    • The graph on the page will show a graphic representation of the number of customers added to the system by week for the past four weeks. The only customers counted in this graph are active customers. Once a customer is archived or deleted, they are no longer considered active and the graph will be updated accordingly.
